Coach did it again. He used a fancy shmancy phrase that caught my attention—cymatic frequency. It’s the idea of how words and phrases effect us emotionally, mentally, physically, and even spiritually. And people use words to bait us into a narrative with an agenda. Our role is not to take the bait. This is for both personal and professional lives as well as overall in a society today that is all about the clicks!
