The 4 Main Ways I Use AI in My Business

Creating top-notch content consistently can be a challenge, especially when it comes to managing various platforms like your website and social media accounts. AI had revolutionized how I create my content and opened up another service in my business. Let's dive into the exciting ways you can use AI to supercharge your website and social media content:

Blog and Web Page Content

The main ways I use AI is in generating blog posts, product descriptions, web page text, and other website content. I especially love using AI for blogs and SEO keywords and phrases that I also use as hashtags for social media posts now that hashtags are considered SEO words and phrases. I provide the topic, keywords, and desired tone, and watch as AI generates content that I can either use as-is or customize. This saves me time and mental energy that can go to other things.

Here is an example of what I put in the chat box for SEO words: generate SEO words for a social media management website. It generated 34 potential SEO words and phrases. I will take those and use them in Google to verify that this is what people are searching for when they are looking for a social media manager.

Another example is for blogging. Blogging is essential for any website for one reason—Google loves blogs! Before AI, most entrepreneurs and small businesses didn’t have blog articles because they are 1) too busy, 2) don’t know how to write, and 3) don’t want to write. With AI, I can “write” blog articles for my client as an add-on service. It is solely for Google. However, the information is very useful (heck, I learn stuff I didn’t know from AI written blogs for my site). Some of my clients like to look them over to verify the information is correct and others don’t care. For my website, I like to read them to make sure the information is correct and relatable. I like the personal touch.

Your Social Media Presence

I use AI to create initial drafts for your social media posts, captions, and ads, Pinterest headlines and captions, product description posts and captions, and any other text. I simply provide AI with my desired messaging and hashtags and let is generate an engaging post that I revise or use as it is. I can even generate multiple variations, conducting A/B tests to determine what resonates the most with my audience.

My favorite use of AI is rewriting posts and captions. I’ll have an idea of what I want to say and will take that and paste into my Jasper.ai platform or you can put in the chat box at ChatGPT, “rewrite [INSERT TEXT] to make more engaging.” Or friendly. Or exciting. And let AI do it’s magic!

It’s really been handy for Facebook ads. Recently, Facebook has started using AI to rewrite your caption three different ways for your ad. Some I’ve liked and some I didn’t. The first three sentences of a Facebook ad caption are the most crucial and AI has been especially helpful in that.

Same thing with Pinterest headlines. Those are the most important for Pinterest engagement. I need the headlines to be searchable with the right keywords and to grab attention. It has improved my engagement and analytics tremendously on Pinterest. That and posting Instagram reels. I don’t recommend reposting Tiktok reels on Pinterest because the branding of the TikTok logo floating on the video will trigger a lower push of your content.

With AI, you can be very detailed in your instructions, which helps the generated content to be even better and specific to your purposes.

Transform Content Across Platforms

I also can take an existing blog post and transform it into a series of social media posts, tweets, and snippets within seconds.

Here’s what I put in the chat box: write facebook and Instagram captions from this blog: [THEN PASTE YOUR BLOG CONTENT HERE].

I love it! It’s so easy. And it even puts emojis into the captions. Here’s what it came up with for this blog post:

AI is not all powerful. And on that note, I’d like to suggest not relying on AI so much that you lose your ability to create. AI is a tool, an enhancement not a replacement for your genius and creative ability.
