As many of you know, Coach Greg is not only a licensed counselor, but he’s also a StrongFirst kettlebell coach. One of the keys of kettlebell training is breath work. Your strength and ability to progress is dependent on breath work. In life, we sometimes are “holding our breath” and trying to push through only to feel frustrated with lack of progress.
