Episode 43: Groundhog Day

This is probably one of the most important episodes we’ve done and a key to real change. One of the common practices (and it is a practice) we see in the individuals we work with is the recreating of a negative past and even molding people and relationships into that same “image.” You’ve got new people in your life, especially a romantic interest, or a new job and coworkers that have no idea of your past and come from different paradigms and backgrounds when all of a sudden, they are doing and interacting with you the same way everyone else has in your life. Hear us out: you are the common denominator. This episode will unveil what is going on and how to wake up to the day after Groundhog Day!
